QA Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and compliance by collaborating with procurement, suppliers, and third-party labs. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a keen understanding of quality assurance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle safety inquiries from the procurement team, providing accurate and timely responses.
Work closely with the Quality Coordinator (QC) to keep the Quality Assurance Protocol (QAP) form updated in Gravity.
Develop and set up Quality Assurance Protocols for clients, procurement teams, and factories to ensure quality consistency and compliance.
Coordinate with third-party labs and suppliers to arrange product testing.
Analyze testing results and ensure that shared Declarations of Conformity (DoC) comply with destination market regulations based on the risk matrix.
Implement and track corrective actions as necessary.
Manage testing payments with third-party labs when required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of project-related quality records.
Document and follow up on non-conformities (NC) and product complaints to ensure resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a similar role.
Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
