About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Analyst to support our finance team in Mexico and Brazil. This role will be responsible for assisting with financial reconciliations, data analysis, and monthly closings, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, reporting, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with reconciliations of general ledger accounts and bank statements.
Support month-end and year-end financial closings.
Prepare financial reports and assist in audit processes.
Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
