About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, results-focused Account Manager, who is passionate about merchandise, marketing, and client relationships. This position is responsible for developing, presenting, selling in, and managing end to end merchandise based promotional programs for a targeted account base. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and works well multitasking and managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously. This individual has an eye for trends, the ability to pay close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Sr. Account Manager as a sales support role in client initiatives, sales opportunities, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Proactively cultivate overall client relations by being accessible, reviewing and planning for their business, consistently delivering value to them every day.
  • Become an expert on your client’s brands, business and the competitive landscape. Provide strategic recommendations and creative ideas to the client on an ongoing basis; proactively identify and address clients’ needs.
  • Promote and encourage ongoing programs and revenue producing opportunities.
  • Work with vendors and third-party partners on the curation and development of merchandise and product solutions that meet your client’s needs and budgets.
  • Collaborate with account team members and other internal groups including the Creative, Operations and Digital teams to direct workflows and projects.
  • Manage various sales and web analytic tools to analyze merchandise and user data, create monthly reports and present trends and recommendations to team.
  • Lead quality control process for all merchandise set up on digital platforms to ensure that product content and imagery meet our quality standards.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • BA/BS preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2-3+ years of experiences in sales, account management, marketing, promotions or retail industries
  • Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage details and tight deadlines. Impeccable follow up skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
  • Excellent detail-oriented skills; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Passionate about products and how merchandise can deliver consumer engagement
  • Competitive, entrepreneurial and results oriented
  • Comfortable presenting within an organization and proactively calling new leads and existing clients
  • Self-directed, motivated, and driven to succeed with an ability to nurture existing client relationships and grow new relationships within your assigned accounts
  • Team player who’s collaborative and exceed the client’s expectations
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

We Offer:

  • 40,000 - 50,000 MXN Gross per month according to experience
  • 30 days Christmas bonus
  • 15 vacation days in the first year increasing as dictated by law.
