About the Role:

As a Production Planner, you will play a pivotal role in leading client relationships, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring successful campaign execution for promotional and premium projects. Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build effective relationships with clients, lead interactions proactively and professionally, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client-related issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with internal support departments and key external suppliers, driving strategic planning and execution of campaigns.
- Campaign Monitoring: Oversee all campaign deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
- Project Management: Manage day-to-day project logistics, coordinating approvals and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.
- RFP & Production Oversight: Create accurate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) based on technical specifications, oversee pre-production samples, and ensure timely, complete deliveries.
- Brand Development: Manage brand range development, supporting commercial stability and executing growth strategies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on project performance metrics, aligning with client and internal budget goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and communicate potential client efficiencies in procurement, sustainability, and product development.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Troubleshoot operational issues, support innovative solutions, and drive thought leadership in brand development.
- Market Research: Develop market business plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, and act to capitalize on them.
- Multi-Project Management: Balance multiple projects and priorities independently, maintaining quality under pressure.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, showcasing our commitment to excellence and client success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, project management, or a related field.
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in leading multiple projects, meeting critical timelines, and maintaining quality.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with RFP processes, budget management, and brand growth strategies is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

- 28,000 - 32,000 MXN Gross per month according to experience
